Simply put, the Manic Monday Challenge is to find ONE positive thing about your day on Monday & blog about it.

Why does the Manic Monday Challenge exist?

Mondays are my least favorite day of the week.  After having the weekend off, it's hard to get back into the groove of things.  Mondays leave me tired, unmotivated, and grumpy.

And I'm not alone.  

Mondays are so bad that it's the most likely day for someone to commit suicide or to have a heart attack.

Who can participate in the Manic Monday Challenge?
